Warranty and Dealer Status

All our watches, depending on the brand, comes with our one-year manufacturer machine Warranty. In the event of warranty claim please refer to the warranty booklet (if any) and order id and please email us with details and if necessary, also include a few clear photos. The watch during the warranty period will be repaired at our expense and returned to you.

Delivery Schedule

We understand that your privacy is important to you, and we respect that. We ensure you that we maintain complete confidentiality of the details that you have shared with us and we will not share it with any third party. We know our customers privacy.

A tentative delivery date/time will be given along with the order confirmation email. The exact delivery date shall be provided as soon as your order is ready for dispatch. Alternatively, registered customers can track their order which will be sent to their email provided to us during checkout.

Cancellation of Orders

We have the right to cancel your order (which had been accepted by us) at any time during processing period after order is placed by you and before dispatch of your order(s) you can cancel order from My Account > Dashboard > Orders and for any reason whatsoever without your prior consent or agreement by giving you written notice of such cancellation. Upon such cancellation of your order, the following provisions shall apply:-

We shall no longer be obliged to deliver the order to you;
We shall immediately refund to you, without any interest or compensation, the payments which you have made to us with regards to the order; and

Delivery

An estimated delivery time is displayed on shipping information page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order.

Sometimes, delivery may take longer than normal time due to unforeseen conditions such as:

Flight delays
Political disruptions
Other unforeseen circumstances

Also, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony or for any financial loss caused due to delay in delivery.

Return Policy

No Return and No exchange.

The order can be cancelled before dispatching the product(s) only.

If the product(s) is out of stock after your order is placed, if any payment done by you will be refunded to your bank account via the same payment mode that you had used to make the transaction and you will be notified through email that you have provided during checkout.

Replacement

Replacement/Exchange is the action or process of replacing something in place of another. A Buyer can request for replacement whenever he is not happy with the item, reason being damaged in shipping, Defective item received, Some Item(s) missing, wrong item shipped and the software issue like not getting ON.

Buyers need to send Unboxing video from start to end without pause or any other editing with all possible angles to our customer care email. Even buyer have to show if product is getting ON.

Battery issue, charging issue, quality issue, dislike issue will not be considered. There is no exchange for those reason.

Buyers need to raise the replacement request within 48hrs from the date of delivery of products. Buyer need to raise a replacement request by contacting us for replacement. The following are the leading reasons:
